On the island of Kihaadhuffaru located in Hanifaru Bay within the Baa Atoll - an UNESCO Biosphere Reserve - lies Kihaa Maldives. Hanifaru Bay is a protected sanctuary for manta rays and whale sharks who swarm to the area between May and December. Kihaa is the closet resort to Hanifaru Bay.

Where is Kihaa Maldives?

The preferred method of reaching the island is through a 30-minute scenic seaplane flight. Alternatively, an option is to reach Kihaa via a domestic flight to the nearby island of Dharavandhoo, followed by a speedboat ride.
